The entrance to Seminole Gardens from 113th Street. There's another entrance off 86th Av N and yet another one from the back of Semniole City Center. It's really easy to walk/bike/scoot over to the mall. Front of building 22. Seminole City Center in background (giant white roofs back left in the frame). And, see that giant road to the right of the building? That's 113th St and it goes straight down to the beaches, Madeira Beach specifically, which is only 4 miles away. Building 22. The tall column in the center is the utility stack where the elevator is. On the bottom floor you also have the mailboxes, trash/recycle bins and dumpster, the laundry room (coin-operated) with a storage locker and lending library, bulletin board, and a back door out to the park behind the building. Building 22: unit #109 is one the ground floor, second from the right. There is an assigned parking space between the black and beige cars. Ample guest parking space on the side of the building, too. Unit #109 front door. The doors are being painted soon we are told, we do not have the exact date. This unit has a folding screen door so you can open up the windows and the back door of the screened back porch, great air flow! The doors are hinged for fire code regulations so they don't impede anyone during an evacuation. Unit #109 is clean and tight! Seller will also consider leaving some of the furniture, or even sell completely furnished. Here's the screen door in action, light and bright with the blinds open, or close for privacy. Furniture is optional. Looking down the hallway, the bathroom is to the right before you enter the bedroom area. The main bedroom is to the left, has a giant walk-in closet. A previous owner put a wall up behind the bookshelves you see in the distance to create another private room. Time to get creative! It could be used as a sitting room, additional storage, more closet, a place for the grandkids or others to sleep while visiting, an office, craft room, additional tv room or library...dealer's choice! It is a REALLY NICE modification to the original plan with one giant bedroom, very functional, and the main bedroom is still a great size. The kitchen has a disposal and additional storage. Cabinets are solid wood; this kitchen has a lot of storage capability. Dishwashers are not permitted. In the very left side of the frame, you can see a tall cabinet. With shelves and can also house tall items like vacuum or broom. Crisp, light neutral colors in the kitchen. Looking from the kitchen back to the dining area. The window is at the front of the building. Unit #109 is on the end, not the corner unit but the next one in, so more private than having a unit in the center of the building. Also quieter, away from the main utility stack with the elevator, mailboxes trash/recycling, lending library and a decent sized storage locker, and laundry room, which is the central hub of the building. Dining area. To the left is the kitchen, behind out of view is the living room. Front door is just to the right, out of frame. Download the floor plan from the MLS attachments. This is the back porch: enclosed, screened, glass windows. The door in the background houses the AC, hot water heater and still has a good amount of storage space left over for whatever...tools, luggage, holiday decorations. There is an awesome view out onto the park behind the building. Sidewalks connect the entire complex, and also connect to Seminole City Center. You have your own private door to the garden. Imagine all the things you could do with this space: just relax and hang out; an office; an art studio; craft room; man cave; workout room. Queen bed in the main bedroom. The door in the background is to the giant walk-in closet. Electrical panel and attic access for the other part of the AC is also in the closet. Door to the right goes to the giant walk-n closet. Door to the right goes to the back porch, which then goes directly out into the park behind the building. Easy walk, bike, scooter to Seminole City Center from Building 22, or take some walks around the complex as the sidwalks connect all throughout the community. Window looks out to the back porch and to the park behind Building 22. Door goes to the back porch. Just out of frame to the right is the door to the bonus room. This is the bonus room. The original DELUXE floor plan with the one giant bedroom was modified by a previous owner to create this awesome extra bonus space. Go crazy with it! Craft room, bunkbeds for the grandkids, secondary TV room, office... Bonus room! Wide and deep linen closet right across from the bathroom in the hallway leading back to the bedroom and bonus room. Bedrooms are to the right, and to the left is the living room. Bathroom is clean and bright with good storage, medicine cabinet and more room in the newer vanity. This is the giant walk-in closet. Pardon the packing :) Electrical panel and attic access in here. The other half to the AC unit is up there, half in the utility closet on the back porch. Yellow arrow indicates where unit #109 is in the building, ground floor, on the end. You can see Seminole City Center with the big white roofs right behind the complex. The road to the right is 113th Street, which goes straight out to Madeira Beach 4 miles away. From Madeira, go north and south to reach several other top-ranked beaches in Pinellas County. Drone shot showing the Recreation Center, the heart of this complex. This is a very social community; if your favorite club doesn't exist then start it! They have bunco groups, bridge, mahjong, poker; a giant auditorium for dances, tag sales, performances, meetings. There are billiard tables, a lending library, fitness equipment, shuffleboard, a heated pool and spa; separate men/women bathrooms. Requires a keycard to access, no random intruders permitted. The on-site management company is also at this location, property manager and admin support. Across the lake is the other office in Peacock Professional Plaza where the closing will be. This is one of two large lakes in the community, lots of wildlife sighted here and at the other lake as well. In the distance you can see the world famous beaches of Pinellas County. The big road you see diagonally is a straight shot out to Madeira Beach 4 miles away. On the same stretch you can find grocery, banks, retaurants, entertainment, theatre... This aerial shot shows more of the beaches off in the distance, looking towards Redington Beach and Redington Shores. To the north is Clearwater Beach, to the south is St. Pete Beach and Ft. Desoto. Ft. Desoto is a beautiful beach if you haven't seen it, all the way down in the south of Pinellas. Rumor has it you can eat in a different restaurant every day for a year without duplicating. U8241083 From Seminole Gardens, the post office and the Seminole branch of St. Petersburg College are 1mile to the north. In the same area, think of it as the center of City of Seminole, we also have the Buildign Dept and admin offices next to the post office. The Seminole Recreation Center is right next to St. Pete College; residents of the City of Seminole can get a free Recreation card to access the amazing facility which has soccer fields, pools, playground, a digital lab that was kindly donated by a local resident, sports courts, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, craft and art classes, meeting spaces...it's a really nice add-on perk to living in Seminole!! Seminole is literally surrounded by the beaches. Off in the distance you can see Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores, then Belleair Beach and Clearwater Beach where you can barely see the hint of the hotels' tops. This view is looking to the north. More beaches off in the distance. Top right in the frame is the huge Seminole Lake, which is part of Lake Seminole Park (250 acres of green stuff and recreation. Pinellas County has about 20,000 acres through the county for the enjoyment of all of us. A great shot across Seminole Gardens to Lake Seminole and the 250 park attached to it. Pinellas is primarily a residential county; you will not find a ton of industrial or manufacturing sites here. We do have some commercial corridors that are necessary to support the communities, but Pinellas is very residential in nature for the most part. You can't see the city in this shot, but this is looking over towards Tampa. U8241083 This is a great shot showing Seminole Gardens in the forefront and Seminole City Center, the big outdoor mall with all the white rooftops. And then, of course, off in the distance are more beaches. I'm not kidding when we say Seminole is surrounded by the beaches. Way down south, you can just see the tops of all the high rise buildings in downtown St. Petersburg which has nightlife, dancing, bars, restaurants, museums,; St Petersburg is also a major financial center in the area. Building 22. Follow the yellow arrow for Unit 109. Aerial shot of Building 22 with the park in the back of it. Unit 109 is on the right end of the building with an assigned parking space right out front, and lots of guest parking on the side of the building. The big road in the right of the frame is 113th Street. Assigned parking space for unit #109 (ground floor) in Building 22. Yes, that's your back door to the park. Step right onto the sidewalk and start your day communing with nature, or walk, bike, scoot to Semniole City Center for breakfast and a movie. We also have bands that play in the parking lot over at the Mall periodically through the year. Your back door is right there to the left. Peacock Center is part of the Recreation area at Seminole Gardens, with a giant theater and stage, billiards, card tables for games and clubs, fitness area, lending library, on-site property management, heated pool and spa, huge patio for gathering and chilling, shuffleboard. The main bulletin board at Peacock Center with the free shuttle schedule, activities and clubs posted here. Inside Peacock Center, the giant stage and meeting hall. Go through the doors all the way out the back to get to the pool, patio and shuffleboard area. Now that's a nice, big dance floor!!! Billiards, fitness and game tables. Step through the glass doors in the background to get to the outside recreation areas: pool, spa, suhffleboard, the lake... The lending library inside Peacock Center; same room as the billiards and card tables. Heated pool and spa right on the lake. Do your laps and watch the migratory birds and other wildlife. The Recreation Center at Seminole Gardens is right on the lake. Heated pool, spa, shuffleboard, outdoor patio; restrooms top left of frame; on-site management office at the top of the frame (Ridge Seminole Mgmt Corp is the property management company).
